Avalon Motel - Early

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The fast check-in made everything easy, and the owner was courteous. I loved having a microwave and fridge in my King Room. Excellent value for the price 😊

Everything was good at this hotel, extremely helpful staff. Had essentials needed in the a double room, including a microwave and a refrigerator. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. I appreciated it, recommendable.

Everything was good, amiable staff made our stay peaceful. Had a double room with wake-up service available in it. A microwave and a refrigerator were an advantage. The location of the property was comfy, in the middle of jackson. Also, Riverside Park was 4 miles away.

The location was convenient for quick access to main roads. The room itself offered reasonable comfort for the price. I appreciated the affordability , it reminded me of a decent deal for the money.

Parking lot had some convenient ground-level access.

The room smelled stale, likely from lingering cigarette smoke, even though it was listed as a non-smoking room. The TV was practically useless, only airing a single channel, which left me feeling thoroughly frustrated. It was clear that some basic maintenance and updates were sorely needed in this place.

Avoid at All Costs!

After a long drive, I was greeted by a foul smell and found bed bugs and roaches in my room. The service was unhelpful, and the owners were overly aggressive when I requested a refund.

The kids loved the space to play in our suite, and we appreciated the microwave and fridge for quick snacks after long days. It was perfect for our family with two babies, keeping everyone comfortable and settled .

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

Loved how I could park right outside my King Room! The hotel was great for some chill time with cozy seating areas and a nice pool to relax by. The bathroom could use a little more attention, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊

How utterly disappointing this so-called 'motel' was. Bed bugs, an old cigarette smell, and a TV that only showed one channel? The owner should have rolled out the red carpet for me, but instead, I got nothing. It's almost like they dont care about guest comfort. I almost considered a good review, but I just couldn't.

The rooms at Avalon Motel were so comfortable and cozy, with a seating area to relax in and a flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. The air conditioning was a total lifesaver, and the coffee machine in the room was a much-appreciated touch. Plus, the private bathroom was clean and convenient.

Personally, I found the microwave in the quadruple room to be a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure some guests would still find it useful.
